The apartment
A 56 m² duplex in a small, family-run residence of 7 apartments, surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. All the living areas look out over the bay and the Îles d'Or.
The area stays very quiet, even in July and August. The shops in the town centre are a 6-minute walk away and the main beach 8 minutes, via a public stairway. A private parking space comes with the apartment, so the car can stay parked for the whole stay.

The shared garden
The residence has a communal garden, reserved for the residents of this small block of 7 apartments. Guests in both the Duplex and the Garden apartment can use it throughout their stay.
It is often free: tables, parasols and sun loungers in the shade of the trees, for lunch outdoors or a quiet nap.

Not for the beach and the shops: the Grande Plage is an 8-minute walk via the stairway and the centre 6 minutes. A car is still useful for shopping, the beaches further away and day trips. A private parking space is reserved for the apartment.
Yes. The indoor staircase has a safety gate, a baby cot and a travel cot are available on request, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed and a pull-out bed. Note that walking to the beach involves about 200 steps.
